About Impact Suite
Impact Suite is an initiative to build tools, powered by math, data science, economics, and AI, that turn proven economic models from one part of the world into defensible, sourced proposals for another place.
What we built
Our first published proposal is a real, hard case: Vizhinjam Logistics City, modeled against Toll City, Tuas, Singapore. Every figure traces to a citation, the feasibility score comes from a published formula, and every data gap we couldn't fill is disclosed next to the score rather than hidden below it.
How we work
We combine AI-assisted comparative research with human judgment. The goal is proposals that survive contact with people who actually know the domain (useful, wrong, or somewhere in between), but always falsifiable and fully sourced.
What's next
More cities, more sectors, the same way: real sourced data, a transparent scoring formula, and disclosed gaps. Each proposal ships with its methodology, data, and scoring script public.

The methodology, the data, the scoring script, and the gaps are public on purpose: not as a slogan, but because a score without a visible formula is indistinguishable from a guess.
