What we're focused on
Right now the public surface leads with the AI Data Center Buildout: how the infrastructure wave works, who wins, who pays, and what connects the numbers. Deeper sector and place work stays in the codebase and will re-enter when the market spine is clear enough to localize honestly.
How we work
We combine AI-assisted research with human judgment. The goal is analysis that survives contact with people who actually know the domain — always falsifiable and fully sourced.
